Quality AssuranceAs part of our commitment to provide superior guard services, our employees are subjected to an extensive pre-employment screening process. This process includes personal interviews, reference checks, criminal background investigation, credit history (as needed) and drug screening to name a few.

We are committed to working closely with our clients to achieve and maintain high performance standards. We have extensive research resources and monitor public safety information such as crime statistics and security threat levels throughout the Metropolitan area. The availability of these resources keeps our management team informed and more capable of delivering quality security guard services. As a result, we are able to target areas of concern and direct our officers to produce successful results for our clients.

Site supervisors conduct inspections to ensure that outstanding service is being performed and that our clients' requirements are met. We are committed to ensuring that our officers are on time, in uniform, oriented to security work and knowledgeable wth respect to their job duties.

Routine performance evaluations are conducted on our employees to evaluate their performance. This evaluation is based on many factors including the input from our customers. We realize that we cannot be successful in providing you with the service you need unless the performance of our officers remains compliant with your specified needs and requests.
